Being admitted to another hospital is a severe worry for many people as they can be admitted to a general hospital or other non spinal hospital and feel no-one there understands their condition – pressure ulcer care, bowel management and autonomic dysreflexia being of biggest concern.

We hope that this website will help you manage if you are admitted. Feel free to point out the information on the website to staff in other hospitals and let them know that we are often able to provide information and support to them while you are under their care.
